President/CEO's Message

Lucy M. Alcorn

As a Guam-based Small Business we are in competition, not only with other businesses both large and small, but also internally – constantly challenging ourselves to find new and innovative ways to improve our service products and be the very best that we can be.

Our clients and customers expect a lot from us and we work hard to meet or exceed those expectations every single day. We measure our success by the degree of confidence our customers have in our ability to deliver and the satisfaction that comes with knowing our work is meaningful and recognized.

As a contractor to the government, we understand our responsibility to be effective and efficient with taxpayer’s dollars. We also understand the value of Quality Control and Safety in the workplace. That is why we focus on training and certification at all levels of our organization resulting in an exemplary safety record.

As an 8(a) and HUB Zone Certified Woman Owned Small Disadvantage Business we also understand the opportunities that the government provides for the thousands upon thousands of small businesses that support our nation's economy. This is a program of opportunity that we are honored to participate in. To this end, we will continue to work hard to be a shining example of success in all that we do as proud Americans.

The military’s strategic focus is not turning to the Western Pacific and GFS is poised to offer support services in partnership with companies both large and small who want to participate in the coming expansion. As a Guam-based company we have a familiarity and strong affinity to the Asia-Pacific Region. We welcome any opportunity to team with other firms and we are confident that you will be pleased to team with us.
